Crystals for Past Life Regression
Past life regression is a method of hypnosis that allows one to tap into past lives. This method of hypnosis and past life therapy is becoming more popular in mainstream media as well. In 2008, Dr. Oz introduced Dr. Brian Weiss on the Oprah show to discuss his studies on past life regression.
After completing my studies in crystal healing, I was intrigued about the use of crystals for providing clarity during past life regression sessions. So far I’ve tried personal meditations with crystals for past life regression and I’ve listened to a few recorded meditations for past life regression from expert, Richard Sutphen.
Last week I had the privilege of attending a Past Life Regression session in Los Angeles. This was my first group experience doing past life regression and the session was done seated in chairs in a group circle. Mark explained what our session would entail and then we were led into a hypnotic meditation.
Before I arrived to the group session, I honestly questioned if I would be able to “see” anything from my past since I was having difficulty exploring this on my own. But shortly after experiencing the initial steps, things started to, lets say, “come into view”. We worked through six past life sessions total and had partnered discussions of what we experienced.
Many at the session seemed very open and “in-tune” to their personal energy and chakra centers. It was heart warming to hear other’s discoveries of their past lives and it was definitely an eye-opening experience for me to get a glimpse into six of my previous lives!
Being the crystal junkie that I am, I decided to bring a few crystals with me that have been recommended by crystal book authors to assist in past life recall.
During the past life regression session, I tried this new combined set of crystals:
- Petrified Wood near my Earth Star chakra
- Blue Apatite inside my pant pocket
- Indigo or Tanzan Aura Quartz pendant (with multiple timelink faces) over my high heart chakra
- A bracelet made of Amethyst, hematite and a quartz point crystal (that also had a timelink face) on it
*Quartz points with timelink faces are said to help one see into the past or future depending on it’s position.
I felt like these crystals helped heighten my past life recall experience. As I mentioned previously, I was a bit doubtful that I would not be able to recall six past lives during the session, but they came about so easily in this session with the crystals I chose, compared to when I would try the past life meditation sessions at home alone with other crystals.
