Top Fav Chakra Crystals for Healing
As a certified crystal therapist, I often get asked for my list of favorite crystals to use for energy healing sessions and personal crystal healing work. So in this quick blog post read, I’d like to share with you my top chakra crystal picks and I’ve posted them in an easy to read list below.
What are your favorite chakra crystals to work with? Everyone’s energies are different, so I suggest you work with a few until you get a feeling for what you resonate with most.
At the moment, here are the crystals I love working with for healing and increasing my vibration: (*I’ve hyperlinked some listed below if I have them available in the shop, in case you’re interested in trying it out.)
CROWN CHAKRA CRYSTALS
- Chalcopyrite – For meditation, raising my vibrational level and chakra balancing.
- Lepidolite – Calms me during stressful moments. At night, I can always count on this crystal to give me the most vivid intriguing dreams!
- Quartz – Activates the crown and carries energy down the energy channels of the body.
THIRD EYE CHAKRA CRYSTALS
- Sapphire – For boosting intuition and third eye activation.
- Auralite-23 – High energy alignment and makes my third eye area pulse!
- Tanzan Aura Quartz or Indigo Aura Quartz – I get amazing out of this world dreams when wearing this crystal.
THROAT CHAKRA CRYSTALS
- Larimar – I can’t tell you how many times I spot dolphins and seals when I wear larimar! This crystal has a soothing calming quality.
- Amazonite – Although considered a heart chakra crystal sometimes, this helps me speak from the heart and eases anxieties when I find it hard having to verbally express myself.
- Blue Kyanite – For chakra alignment, cutting cords and clearing.
HEART CHAKRA CRYSTALS
- Malachite – Releases sensations of pain quickly for myself and on others I’ve used it on.
- Rose Quartz with Moldavite – This combo along with meditation for a good heart expansion and increasing the vibration of the heart chakra.
- Rhodonite – For promoting a calming sense of inner peace, love and grounding. I like combining it with Ruby for dream travel.
- Record Keeper Ruby – For passion, prosperity, insightful dreams and love.
SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA CRYSTALS
- Citrine – Natural Congo citrine points are my fav for optimism, abundance and motivation.
- Pyrite – For personal power, courage and for use in abundance crystal grids.
- Chalcopyrite – For meditation, raising my vibrational level and chakra balancing.
SACRAL CHAKRA CRYSTALS
- Orange Calcite – For creativity and giving me much needed natural energy during my workouts and yoga classes!
- Sunstone – Brings determination, optimism and happiness when I need it.
- Rainbow Moonstone – To balance emotions, uplifts my spirits and helps to ease PMS symptoms.
ROOT CHAKRA CRYSTALS
- Garnet – I wear a garnet ring for energy protection, energy boosting and to keep me passionate about what I’m doing in life.
- Black Tourmaline – For releasing excess unwanted energies, instant grounding and EMF protection.
- Shungite – For gridding my wireless router, EMF / energetic protection, water purification and overall healing.

- Titanium Black Kyanite – For empathic protection, chakra balancing and energy clearing.
